PRODUCTION METHODOLOGY:
RAW MATERIAL
To achieve an incomparable European Standard of quality for the aluminum profiles, Al-Fattah imports the Highest Quality 100% Homogenized Aluminium Alloy Billet, 6063 from ALBA & DUBAL.
To Describe Aluminium Profile Production more precisely, let us emphasize the steps involved in it for your better perception.
Aluminium Profile Manufacturing
Al-Fattah Aluminum has installed the world’s best Aluminium Extrusion Plant from PRESEZZI ITALY which ensures 100% Profile Quality as per European Standards. This is the only Latest European Aluminium Extrusion Plant in Pakistan. We just load the billet on the billet loading table and the PLC controlled computerized system takes care of the whole production process.
BILLET LOADING
Al-Fattah imports 6-Meter-Long billets & Load them at Loading Table by Fork Lifter. Afterwards, billets are pushed forward for washing and cleaning by special brushing machine.
BILLET HEATING FURNACE
Billet heating plays a vital role in the profile quality. Al-Fattah Billet Heating furnace is a 5 zone furnace and it’s heated up the furnace gradually in a homogenized way. It is 100% computerized PLC controlled and is equipped with high-tech efficient sensor system. It can heats up the billet up to 550C as per the requirements of profiles.
HOT LOG SHEAR
Imported Billet is 6 Meter-long and after heating it at desired temperature, it is cut into required sizes. Al-Fattah Hot-Log Shear cuts the billet very precisely accurately.
EXTRUSION PROCESS
Extrusion is the most important and critical process. During extrusion temperature, pressure, extrusion speed & puller speed play a vital role in the quality of profile. All these parameters are automatically controlled by the computerized PLC controlled system in our plant Extrusion speed and puller speed are synchronized by the computerized PLC control system.
DOUBLE PULLER
To get the best quality results & optimum production we use the most advanced state of the Art double puller system.
HANDLING TABLE
We have straight of the art fully automatic PLC controlled Handling Table, which keeps the profiles scratch less after extrusion.
STRAIGHTENING TABLE
AL-FATTAH uses state of the art stretcher for straitening the aluminium profiles after extrusion.
FINISHING SAW
AL-FATTAH has the automatic cutting line to cut the profiles in 100% accurate sizes, keeping the edges of profiles very smooth.
DIE HEATING OVEN
We have latest 4 Zone Die heating oven which heated up the dies up to 500°C in a homogenized way.
AGING OVEN
Al-Fattah is equipped with the highest imported aging oven with double burner technology. It ensures 100% uniform hardness of all profiles upto T6 European Standards.
PROFILES CLEANING MACHINE
To achieve the best anodizing results we give a special treatment to each profile, which smooth’s the profile surface before anodizing. We use latest Italtecno Italian machine for smoothing the profile surface.
DIES
Our DIE DESIGN DEPARTMENT is capable of designing any kind of Profile dies to cater the need of customers.
We use 100% high quality imported Dies to get the high quality profiles, we have a largest range of profiles.
LATEST LAB
Al-Fattah has the latest, the most modern and well equipped Lab & our team is well trained in keeping a check on the use of chemicals for the best anodizing results.

PROFILES PROTECTION
We know how to keep the aluminium scratch less after installation till the final finishing of project; we put protection tape at profiles to protect them from all the adverse effects during construction.
PACKING
Finally, each Profile is wrapped in a polythene bag and, then, packed in bundles by our latest packing machine.
